The Bible says in Matthew chapter 7, verse 7 "Keep on asking, and you will be given what you ask for. Keep on looking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened."  God loves seekers and will go all out to restore His friendship with them.  He is not afraid of our questions and is up to the test of the most intellectual mind!

God wants to move from being an idea in your head to a powerful presence in your life, so whatever it takes to sort out your questions, pursue that earnestly!

On the other hand, many seekers declare intellectual reasons for not opening up their life to God, but in truth, many use that as a way to protect something they do not want exposed or eliminated in their life.  Many are not willing to give up some activity they know is offensive to God.  If that 's you, you need to know that God will take you as you are, but He doesn't want to leave you as you are.  He wants you to let Him make you into what He wants you to be.  But you have to take the first step to say Yes! to Him.
