Lead Pastor
For the past 26 years Pastor Mike and his wife Teresa have served as our pastors, founding SunRidge and guiding us faithfully to “Love Jesus, Love People and Live Mission”. For some time, Pastor Mike has sensed that his time as our pastor is coming to an end - so we are looking for God’s replacement.

As of March 1, 2024, Pastor Wayne Alguire has agreed to serve as our Transitional Pastor, as we search for our new Sr. Pastor and work through a process of reflection, evaluation, and preparation for new leadership.
Are you a leader who passionately loves God and His church?
Over the next while, our search committee will review submissions we have received and invite submissions from other candidates for Sr. Pastor.
