Members of Search Team have all agreed to carry on: they are Steve Corothers, Carla Preston, Scott Horovatin, Jo-Ann Kuchma, Norm McIntosh & Hans Neumann. We have met are discussing how to refine the process to better involve more key people and partners.
We have restarted the application process, with a new deadline of June 30, 2025
We have 2 resumes that have confirmed interest, and are waiting replies to an initial set of questions, which include: “Why are you considering leaving (or why did you leave) your current position? And why did you apply at Sunridge Community Church, what appealed to you?”
Team has tentatively set up meeting next week to discern, pray and review applicants for potential future interviews.

Please consider setting your alarm for 10:02am to pray that God would send us a Lead Pastor. Why 10:02am? It’s based on Luke 10:2, “The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.”
