Message Series

Series Description

What’s in a name? Names have a strong meaning that can often surprise us when we take the time to understand it’s meaning. The same is true for God. We want to look at just 4 of the many different names for God, and I believe it will surprise us and grow us to become more personal with God.

About The Artwork

In this image we have an old painting rendered in a new medium, pixelation. We have a modern typeface reading “God” and an old lettering style reading “Names”. When we think of God the Father and hear the names spoken in an old language, it’s easy to imagine God living in the past when. In reality, God is ever present, deeply engaged, and relevant a thousand years ago and relevant today. The contrast and combination of old and new is what is signified in this image.

Measure of my Days

Series Description

What if you were told you had 1 month left to live – 30 days? How would you use and make the most of those precious, remaining days? As you consider that, I want to ask you, “Is there something you should be doing differently now to make the most with your days”? Something to think about isn’t it?

About The Artwork

We went back and forth on so many names for this series, pouring over terms and one-liners that could sum up what we were trying to convey. After several rounds we read Psalm 39:4-5 again and were so struck by how beautifully and poetically it talked about mortality. The words of these verses just felt complete and so for this series artwork we’re just embracing the whole text! The series is called “Measure of My Days” but it is designed and shown in the context of the whole Psalm 39:4-5 passage in order to really say the words are the feature.

Life is Short

November 4, 2018

Psalms 39:4-5

If you were told that you had 1 month to live would you be doing the things that you are doing and what are the things that you are not doing now that you would start to do? Because life is short.

Series Description

We all have questions about God at some point in our lives. Whether we question our faith, God's goodness, or just His willingness to work miracles in our lives, we could all come up with our own question. For the next several weeks we want to invite you to take a seat and ‘Let’s Talk About It’!

About The Artwork

In this image we see a rather ordinary scene; someone crossing the street in ordinary clothes. No matter who you are or where your regular commute takes you, you face big questions. The image is covered with drawings and writing in a style you might find in a notebook or scribbled on the street even. This look has been used to show that these discussions we’re going to tackle, though they might seem intimidating, are approachable, not reserved for the academic, these are topics anyone can tackle. Why the multiple figure drawings? Well, when having to state our opinions on a difficult subject there is often an inner wrestle... logic says one thing, emotion says another... God’s black and white truth has answers to our questions we can have confidence rooting ourselves in.

Why does God care about sexuality?

October 7, 2018

There are many views on sexuality and gender and it can be confusing. Many would say that they are troubled by the limitations found in the Bible. Is it outdated? Should we ignore those parts? Why would God care about that area of our lives?

*Please be aware there will be mature themes in this message which might not be appropriate for children.

Kick-Off Sunday - DIVING IN

September 9, 2018

Ezekiel 47

Every great relationship starts at the beginning, and it then grows deeper from there, step by step. Same is true of our relationship with Jesus. We start at the beginning when we say YES for God’s forgiveness, and it then grows deeper from there, step by step. Today, we want to look at some of those steps – it’s time to get wet!

Series Description

When we stop and look at the world around us it is not hard to see that God’s ways and the ways of the culture are very different. So, as Christians, if making disciples is our mandate, why do we find this difficult to engage in? Could it be because some of us are afraid to? Maybe some of us are just apathetic; while others may lack confidence. My hope and my prayer is that we would push through these obstacles and become workers in the harvest. Join us for 10:02.

About The Artwork
The abstract looking graphic is meant to appear like a charged sky, jagged clouds all lit with a bright orange setting sun and heavy, rolling clouds carrying a storm. It is a great contrast of forces colliding immersing the “10:02” letters right into it. This fight is what we’re called to be right in the middle of, embracing the weather as we march out into the wind carrying the message of the Gospel.

10:02 Walk Humbly

September 2, 2018

10:02 Art of Neighbouring – What’s Your Hurry?

August 19, 2018

Martha is so busy that she misses out on what is most important. For those of us who struggle with busyness, our dilemma is bigger than a shortage of’s a problem of priorities. 10:02 Art of Neighbouring – What’s Their Name?
